Yukio Futagawa
MINKA 1955

To mark the 10th anniversary of Yukio Futagawa's death,
we will once again hold the "MINKA 1955" exhibition.

The exhibition that was held at the Panasonic Shiodome Museum of Art and the Aomori Museum of Art in 2013 will be reorganized and held at the GA gallery.
Approximately 70 photographs of Japanese private houses, which he took in his around 20 year-old will be shown in this exhibition. These photographs are the origin of Yukio Futagawa, who has continued his lifelong style of traveling to the site himself and capturing architecture with his own eyes.

GA gallery is open through out the period !! / 12:00-18:30.

Admission charge : 600 yen
  "MINKA 1955," which includes exhibition photos, will be resold in early October.

  "Eye of Yukio Futagawa," which was serialized in GA JAPAN for three years starting in 2014, has been compiled into a B4 version and published as a book.
